Write a to-do list each day

Write your to-do list before you go to bed, then you'll already have an idea of what needs done when you wake up.

If you aren't able to do this each night, maybe you should do it one time weekly, then you would have the week planned and could add to it as needed.

  • Write a list and prioritize it.

  • Check your calendar for appointments, meetings, etc.

  • As you complete items on your list, mark them off.
    This will help motivate you to get started on the next item.

  • Review your list at the end of the day,
    then write the next day's list.

If you weren't able to complete most of your list, you probably need to remove a few things or prioritize better.

Maybe you need to delegate some things to other family members.
